Please book your room at the conference hotel as soon as possible since space is limited.

                Prices are as follows:

  1. Single room, B&B = 89.50 € from Monday till Thursday
  2. Double room,  B&B = 53 € (per person) from Monday till Thursday
  3. Single room,  B&B = 80.50 € from Friday till Sunday
  4. Double room,  B&B = 48 € (per person) from Friday till Sunday
  5. Single room with half board  (breakfast, lunch)= 107.30 € from Monday till Sunday
  6. Double room with half board (breakfast, lunch) = 71.30 € (by person) from Monday till Sunday

Booking Conditions:
Registrations can only be confirmed upon receipt of payment or proof of payment and discounted fees will only apply when payment is received within the offered period. If payment is not received before the workshop/course, delegates will be asked to guarantee payment at registration with a personal credit card.

It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organizers to alter the content, timing and venue. In the unlikely event the workshop/course is canceled assa Inc. does not accept any responsibility for any travel or accommodation costs or consequential losses incurred. We therefore recommend appropriate insurance cover.
