Hotel Reservation Instructions:

We have chosen 3 hotels to be our host hotels. These Hotels are not the event place. The event takes place at the Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya, Barcelona, Spain. :

Only limited amount of rooms are available.
Room reservations have to be done through assa Inc.

Booking Conditions:
Registrations can only be confirmed upon receipt of payment or proof of payment and discounted fees will only apply when payment is received within the offered period. If payment is not received before the workshop/course, delegates will be asked to guarantee payment at registration with a personal credit card.

It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organizers to alter the content, timing and venue. In the unlikely event the workshop/course is canceled assa Inc. does not accept any responsibility for any travel or accommodation costs or consequential losses incurred. We therefore recommend appropriate insurance cover.
